Responsibilities:
Service, repair, and/or propose replacement of chillers, cooling towers, package rooftops, walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-in coolers/freezers, water source heat pumps, split systems, boilers, controls, pumps, VAVs, etc.
Service and startup equipment, and adjust to the manufacturers and job specification.
Troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues that arise that would keep the equipment from functioning properly.
Communicate to the client on the proper operation and owner's maintenance of the installed equipment.
Answer related questions as to operation, features, and functions to the client.
Perform required documentation for each call, recording recommendations, repairs, accurate readings, and observations.
Have client sign necessary paper work and collect payments as directed.
Top candidates will possess:
Valid MA Refrigeration License (preferred but not required) Minimum of 5 years of HVAC and Refrigeration experience.
A clean and neat professional appearance to represent our company.
Good customer service and people skills as well as the ability to communicate with our customers effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to problem solve and make quick decisions on the job.
A clean criminal background check is required.
A team player with a great work ethic and the ability and willingness to work overtime when necessary round out the ideal candidate.
Valid driver's license with safe driving record EPA Universal Certification Job Type:
