Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, faxes, and scanners As a dental Receptionist you will Greet and assist incoming clients with electronic checkins, scheduling appointments, or billing.
Answer phone calls or texts about services, costs, and any other inquiries the client has.
Enter client information into digital filing systems and maintain their accounts.
Coordinate patient appointment requests with the dentist's schedule, ensuring minimum wait time for clients.
Receive the client's insurance information or payments for services rendered.
