Handles a variety of sample matrices and chemicals daily.
Prepares and analyzes samples in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
Sets and maintains instrumentation and equipment for analysis as needed.
Follows specified Data Review and Validation processes to ensure all data generated is accurate and complete.
Meets regulatory and project specific quality control requirements and turn-around times.
Applies knowledge of proper standard and reagent preparation techniques.
Applies knowledge of Traceability requirements demonstrated by keeping accurate and up to date records of use and preparation of standards and reagents.
Qualifications Chemistry, Biology, or other related science degree (BA or BS).
Experience operating analytical equipment preferred.
