- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation - Coordinate and assist with office events and meetings
Experience:
- Previous experience in a legal receptionist or legal administrative assistant role preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Proficient in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite preferred - Fluency in Spanish is a plus - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, we encourage you to apply for this Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position.
