Coordinate with different departments including design, sales, and major retailers.
You must have exceptional communication and organization skills and be able to work in a high stress environment.
With overseas manufacturing this role requires someone willing to put the time in and communicate in different time zones.
We need you to match our energy and ambition to drive our products and brands to be the biggest and best in the world! We look for strong analytical skills and an amazing eye for detail.
A genuine skill in administration and ability to get the job done.

Qualifications:
Must include business related qualifications and/ or at least 2 years of experience in administration, and/or international buying process.
- Knowledge and understanding in Excel is preferred and a plus.
Responsibilities:
Liaison between departments with exceptional and clear communication.
Liaison with overseas offices and factories with exceptional and clear communication (different time zone).
Problem solving.
High skills in Data entry and management.
Place Purchase orders.
Weekly reports.
Ability to brief a team.
Artwork approval.
Check and approve samples.
Contribute to internal meetings.
