Growing firm with offices in Massachusetts and New Hampshire is seeking energetic senior accountants that will be liaisons between partners, clients and staff members.
Job Description Deliver a full range of tax and audit services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.
Coordinate engagement workflow and progress.
Be responsible for managing staff time and engagement budgets.
Review work papers, financial statements and tax returns.
Supervise, coach, and train staff members.
We will expect you to begin to develop relationships with referral sources and potential future clients.
Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax or Accounting CPA candidate or CPA certified or Enrolled Agent (EA) Recent 2 plus years of public accounting experience Knowledge of Lacerte is a plus Knowledge of Caseware is a plus In depth understanding of accounting Ability to research tax and accounting issues Strong written and verbal communication skills Microsoft Office proficiency Ability to interact at all levels of staff Ability to work autonomously and in a team focused environment Ability to delegate work to others Strong time management skills Benefits Competitive compensation Flexible work schedule Bonus Health insurance 401K with employer match Life insurance Fun work environment Job Type:
