You're the connector Visual Merchandising Manager responsibilities include managing territory ETW VM's, keeping all Converse imagery and product up to Converse Merchandising Standards within Core, Lifestyle and Regional accounts. Duties include installing product fixtures, custom visual displays including vinyl window installation, merchandising products, and building products and brand presentations. VM's work closely with Territory Sales Reps to align on accounts visual status, goals, execution and maintenance. VM's are responsible to track marketing support budgets for accounts within North America and report to North American Brand Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities:
Executes and maintains fixtures, in-store visuals and POP against Converse brand and product strategies and merchandising standards/best practices.
Accomplishes product-merchandising strategies within accounts against account grade, including stuffing and lacing sneakers. Supports all categories and collections with seasonal, stock and custom POP within the most advantageous position in each account.
Maintains and provides written and photo documentation of territory account list, visual calendar, service route and keeps up to date on all regular responsibilities and admin responsibilities including maintaining good credit standings, completing expense reports of costs incurred using a Converse company credit card, being responsible for the care and maintenance of vehicles on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Supports national events, trade shows, sales meetings and other major Converse sponsored events. Event support involves a high level of energy, positive attitude and teamwork. All events require set up and teardown.
Identifies and flows promotional products to key shop personnel and sport specific influencers with the assistance of the Sales Rep.540049
Qualifications
5+ years of direct inline visual merchandising experience
College degree preferred. Minimum 2 years experience in Visual and/or Product Merchandising or related, preferably in the Lifestyle, Fashion, Skate and/or Snow industry.

Skills:
- Ability to develop brand and product displays utilizing materials such as
vinyl, plywood and metal
- History in fixture design and installation
- Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft and iWork programs
- Self motivated and capable of managing multiple projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Must have a qualifying driving record
- Must have great credit and be capable of accomplishing extensive expense reports in a timely manner

Special Requirements:
Extensive travel required. (65%)
Capable of lifting and moving materials exceeding 75 pounds

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
