Total Rewards Administrator

Our client is currently seeking a Total Rewards Administrator.
The Total Rewards Administrator will provide HRIS System, benefit, and compensation support to the HR team, managers and employees.
The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, analytical individual with advanced Excel skills and excellent customer service.
This job will have the following
Responsibilities:
Provide support on the Workday HRIS system and UltiPro Benefit Prime system Create ad-hoc and scheduled reports as needed Assist with audits, mass data load processing and reporting as requested.
Test new business processes, system modifications and updates Provide support for audit requests as required for compliance with internal policies as needed Maintain the integrity of data by performing monthly benefit audits and reports.
Provide monthly benefit reports to finance Assist with the benefits annual enrollment period and related activities by testing all changes to the system Respond to employee benefit inquiries FMLA and disability administration Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as needed Qualifications & Requirements:
A minimum of 2 - 3 years prior experience and in depth knowledge working with Enterprise wide HRIS systems is required Experience with Workday is preferred A minimum of 1-2 years of benefit administration experience Experience processing disability requests Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and presentation skills Microsoft Office proficiency, including advanced Excel skills Knowledge of HR laws, practice, and processes Excellent problem solving/analytical skills with attention to detail A self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Global support experience preferred ID:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
