Customer Service Representative

Kforce has a client seeking a Customer Service Representative in North Andover, Massachusetts (MA). Essential Functions:
Enter orders
Verify and apply customer terms and programs
Resolve problems and/or complaints
Authorize and process returns and process credits
Answer general email correspondence
Review and verify customer account information
Establish new customers and consumers in computer system
Maintain customer and consumer files
Report product related problems
Provide support and training to new employees
Other duties and responsibilities as needed
Must have good phone skills
To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
