Customer Service Rep - Digital Graphic Services

Advance Reproductions Corporation, an ISO 9001:2015 registered company, manufacturers high quality, wide and grand format graphics for the exhibit, retail, transit, museum, advertising and corporate industries. We utilize the latest state-of-the-art imaging equipment available today offering grand format UV flatbed printing services, grand format solvent printing services and high quality installation services. We are staffed with a team of experienced and knowledgeable personnel assuring finished products of the highest quality, on time and on budget.

We are currently seeking a proven, self-motivated, customer service representative with experience in preparing jobs for production as well as being a liaison between sales and customers. You will be responsible for entering customer requests into production assuring finished products are produced correctly, on-time and on-budget. You will also assist customers with production questions, job tracking updates and delivery options. If you have exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills and are eager to stand out and participate in a growing business, then we want to speak with you.
This is a production/manufacturing position, not a retail sales position.
Ideal candidate will have a 1-2 years customer service experience in a production environment; be proficient in computer usage utilizing Microsoft Office, and be familiar with ERP and CRM software.

Responsibilities Include:

• Knowledge of wide format graphic production a plus 

• Proven customer service development skills

• Assist sales with customer inquiries

• Assist customers with production, costs and delivery questions

• Stay abreast of new developments and technologies to find optimum solutions for customers

• Be able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment

• Work well in a team oriented company

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
