Director Strategy and Business Development

o Partner with the EVP of Strategy and Business Development to identify, develop, and implement the strategic growth plan to achieve Watt's aspirations. o Work closely with Platform and Regional leaders to develop and help execute growth plans. o Develop Strategic Marketing tools andprocesses: new products, new markets, newchannels, newbusiness models. Assist withM&Aexecution and integration. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Understand the markets, customers' needs  and competitors' landscape Lead the development of the growth strategies based on identifying market opportunities, market gaps, market trends, and differentiated Watts Water Technologies capabilities.  Help develop product enhancement, channel, and acquisition strategies.  Help manage execution of those plans to achieve the annual business development goals Assist in doubling the size of Watts' business within five years through combination of above industry organic growth and strategically attractive acquisitions that will deliver strong returns on capital Frame and master adjacent spaces through primary/proprietary market work Build-out M&A funnel through strategic gap analysis and adjacent market work Identify and negotiate potential strategic partners, alliances and relationships to expand core product lines, enter new markets, or bring new product lines to the organization EMPLOYEE CORE COMPETENCIES: Strategic and creative thinker Excellent Project management skills Effective Team player Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to Initiate positive change   EDUCATION: Top tier MBA with preferably Engineering  degree QUALIFICATIONS: 2- 5 years of experience working for a major consulting organization specializing in business strategy development and execution 2-5 years of developing and leading the strategic execution of corporate business initiatives, including industrial products and services in a B2B environment Proven leadership skills as a strategy/marketing executive within a differentiated products and services company Demonstrated track record of building businesses, developing innovative products and strategies, and increasing revenues to meet established goals Ability to establish strong relationships with both customers and fellow employees through the highest level of professionalism, ethics, integrity, mutual respect, and value-added approach Team player who also possesses the independence of thought and opinion to provide candor and honesty when making key recommendations and decisions Embraces, embodies, and will role model the Company's culture - including having a high degree of self-awareness and desire for constructive feedback and coaching 10004550

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
