This 1946 Mercury Monarch was the recipient of an older extensive restoration that included the paint and interior and recently, (2017) she had a complete engine rebuild with less than 300 miles on the car since.
She has in fact only done about 800 miles in the ten years the current owner has had her.

As for finding parts, virtually all parts are common with the same period Fords and Mercurys.
